Joanne Grace serves as Discover Claims’ Client Success Manager, guiding our end user’s overall experience. Always focused on product delivery, Joanne has spent the majority of her career leading Client Success Departments in the healthcare space, particularly overseeing patient/member satisfaction for a major Pharmacy Benefits corporation.
Joanne joined Discover Claims as a subrogation specialist, working with adjustors and attorneys on behalf of our client hospitals. Upon Discover Claims’ transformation to a data analytics company, she went from working on behalf of the hospitals to training vendors and partners on how to do so and assisting with performance management.
Having served as a liaison in various areas of the TPL process, Joanne makes sure everyone is speaking the same language and moving in the same direction - toward success.
